REFUNDS & EXCHANGES We do not offer refunds, except in the unusual circumstance that a show is cancelled. Exchanges can only be made in exceptional circumstances. If purchasing online, please check your shopping basket carefully before proceeding to payment.
TRANSACTION & CREDIT CARD FEE Please note, a transaction fee of $3.50 applies to all bookings. For all Internet and over the phone bookings, a credit card surcharge of 1.99% of the ticket value applies.

SunPAC is officially selling gift vouchers which can be purchase online or through the SunPAC Box office. There is no set limit or amount that can be purchased on a gift voucher, this will be left up to your choice. The vouchers can be used to purchase tickets for any show for 12 months after the purchase date.
