Look Solutions Unique Hazer - Venue Isolation requirements: By law when a venue's alarms are isolated a staff member must remain in the fire panel to monitor any silent alarms, you are required to hire a SunPAC staff member 15 minutes prior to venue isolation and until the venue is clear of haze, for more information speak to the bookings team. Mon - Sat: $66.00 per hour Sun: $104.50 per hour

Jade Room (SBRU)

Price: $ 350.00

Additional room located next to the foyer (owned by the Sunnybank Sports Club) subject to availability

Technical Consumable Fee

Price: $ 50.00

All performance will incur an additional consumable fee, this covers the use of gaff tape, batteries, cable ties, tools that may be required to set up your event.

SunPAC Public Liability Insurance

Price: $ 150.00

Protection for personal injury or property damage to a third party – Required if using stage and you do not have your own.

Alternative Venue Set-Up

Price: $ 360.00

Cabaret or alternate seating/set up. All venue hirers are theatre seating unless otherwise specified.

Seat Covers w/Choice of Sash

Price: $ 5.50

White seat covers with choice of colored sash – (per seat).

Bar Required

Price: $ 200.00

Operated by Sunnybank Community & Sports Club – 3 weeks-notice to staff bar and $200 minimum spend (externally purchased alcohol is not permitted).

Security Guard

Security may be required as determined by Management subject to the nature of the event and if bar is to be opened. You must detail and advise any circumstances which may require additional security measures such as attendance of Government Ministers, Foreign Dignitaries, VIPs etc. Mon - Sat $85 per hour, per guard. Sun / PH - $104.50 per hour, per guard.
