This colourful and exciting puppet show for children aged 7 and under and their families features friendly puppet characters, jokes, dance and original catchy songs.

Highly entertaining and captivating, Larrikin Puppets’ What A Wonderful World: A Musical Puppet Show encourages young audiences to interact, dance, sing and play along. This is a fast-paced, feel-good puppet show exploring the world from a social science perspective helping us to better understand connections and complexities in ourselves, in others and in the world around us.

We meet Troggg, the friendly blue alien who crash-lands on Earth and meets Elissa and her zany, colourful friends. Through songs, skits, games and dance, the audience learns about identity, belonging, emotions and the environment.

Included in the ticket price and following the 35-minute performance, puppeteers Brett and Elissa demonstrate and discuss how puppets work.

Brett and Elissa have trained in the USA with Jim Henson’s puppeteers who created and worked on Sesame Street and The Muppets.
