Rare Voices celebrates a rich array of vocal traditions from across the Asian region. The concert will feature award winning Iranian opera singer Shirin Majd, Tibetan musician Tenzin Choegyal, contemporary Chinese folk ensemble led by Vian Lin and support the launch of Chants from Around the World by renowned tabla virtuoso Dheeraj Shrestha. The stellar artist line-up will be supported by talented virtuoso instrumentalists from diverse musical traditions who will collaborate to create a new finale performance piece.
